The team

Twenty years on the other side of the table.

More than 20 years of combined experience in Latin America, Europe and the US. We lived it from the inside, and we still do.

Organizational psychologist and coach, an expert in human behavior and leadership. She has spent more than 10 years in organizational expansion across LATAM, leading cultural transformation, talent development and sustainable growth. She has guided deep changes, such as mergers and acquisitions, digital evolution, new business strategies and the consolidation of executive teams, making sure each one also drives the profitability and scale of the business. In a world AI is redefining, her focus is on strengthening the human side and authentic leadership so culture becomes the engine of results.

She started in 2002 serving Microsoft customers at a call center in Colombia. Twelve years after joining SoftwareOne as Sales Director Colombia, she left as COO LATAM. Along the way she led go-to-market in the region, opened countries, ran Central America and the Caribbean, and integrated acquired companies. She saw transformations fail with the best technology on the market: not because of the technology, but because leadership said one thing, decided another, and people lived a third. Today she works with companies at moments when a lot is at stake, and measures whether the change really reached the business, the culture and the people.

She started on the people side, in human resources, and that is where she lived her first cultural change. Since then she has spent more than 10 years guiding transformations in Europe and Latin America: from entire startups to large industrial, financial and insurance groups, working side by side with leaders at every level. Her hallmark is creating spaces where teams build the solution together, and that is what makes change hold. Today she keeps guiding transformations, such as technological transformation, with the BlazeInside method she co-created from that experience.
